Create Your Outdoors
We are excited to announce our next event and even more excited because it involves our youth and young adults. Create Your Outdoors, is the name and theme of our Art Contest!
Drop off entries at the
Art Center downtown Burlington on Jefferson St.
Please have a title for your piece and on a sturdy back. The pieces will be displayed on easels
AGES: 6th grade - College
Medium: Any kind except 3D
GUIDELINES: Must be outdoors and have pheasants or quail.
COULD INCLUDE: A barn, fence, truck, dogs, hunter(s), river/creek, any season of year.
Maximum size: 33" x 40" Minimum size: 10" x 17"
DEADLINE: April 20, 2022
The entries will be divided into 3 age categories from
6th-8th middle schools,
9th-12th high school, and
college.
The entries will be displayed at the Art Center downtown Burlington on Friday April 22, 2022. Members of the community will vote for their favorite in each age category from 6-9pm.
The winning pieces will be auctioned off at our 2023 banquet and all proceeds will go to the artist.
